Areas We Serve

Proudly serving homeowners across Central Connecticut with local roots, decades of experience, and craftsmanship built for New England homes.

Connecticut roots, two generations strong

Pattison Construction has been a family-owned Connecticut contractor since 1991. Founded by Rick Pattison and now run alongside his son Casey, we’re headquartered at 325 Harrison Rd in Wallingford — the same shop the company started in.

Two generations of craftsmanship, built for New England homes. We know what makes Connecticut roofs leak, why central-CT siding fails, how this region’s humid summers and ice-storm winters punish materials that weren’t installed right. Local knowledge isn’t a marketing line for us — it’s the reason we still get hired three decades later.

Featured local projects

We’re putting together standout case studies of the homes we’ve built and rebuilt across Connecticut — including a historic Farmington colonial that’s stood on two different lots since the 1600s. Check back soon.
