Recent remodeling work around central Connecticut
Most of our renovation jobs start with one room and grow. The past year, by town:
- Madison: kitchen cabinet installation, new subfloor and drywall, bedroom hardwood floors, and attic drop-down stairs (August 2025), followed by trim and finish carpentry (March 2026).
- North Haven: basement bathroom, floor, and stairs rebuild with new attic drop-down stairs (January 2026).
- Wallingford: window replacement on Old Durham Road (January 2026), and a rot repair with waterproofing on a west wall (May 2026).
- Manchester: window replacement for a care facility, including a change order for a finished half-wall (November and December 2025).
One customer had us strip and replace her roof, then build a composite deck, then sand and paint the kitchen cabinets and install a quartz countertop with under-cabinet lighting. Three projects with one contractor, and Casey came back after the crew to touch up the spots he wasn't happy with.
