Decks we've built around central Connecticut
We build decks from the first dry week in April until the first frost, and the schedule fills early. Recent deck and porch work, by town:
- Meriden: a new 12-by-16 pressure-treated deck on Baldwin Avenue, with concrete piers set in the driveway, framing, pressure-treated decking and railings, and new stairs (November 2025).
- Wallingford: a deck on Cooke Road with additional concrete piers, railings, extra decking, and a drink rail on the rear access porch (November 2025), and a new deck on Cook Hill Road (started May 2026).
- Cheshire: a deck build on Marion Road (June 2024).
- Seymour: a deck build on Walnut Street (September 2025).
- Shelton: deck pressure washing, board re-securing, and wood soffit repair (January 2025).
One homeowner who'd already had us replace her roof had the crew build a composite deck “in the hottest part of the summer” (her words, on Angi), and then hired us for the kitchen. We build with composite or pressure-treated lumber, pull the permit, and schedule the final inspection on every deck.
