Recent ground-up, structural, and outbuilding work nearby

Custom homes are the biggest projects we take on. The same crew, the same permits, and the same framing standards go into the additions, garages, and barns we build between them. Recent structural work includes:

  • A new detached garage build (started June 2026) and an accessory dwelling unit, or ADU (started May 2026).
  • Wallingford: a horse barn roof replacement on Cooke Road (December 2025), on a property where we also built a deck on new concrete piers and installed cedar shake siding (November 2025).
  • Meriden: exterior wall reframing with new cedar clapboard siding, plus a 12-by-16 pressure-treated deck on new concrete piers, on Baldwin Avenue (November 2025).

New builds and additions go through a multi-step permit process with drawings, and we handle that with the town. Every job carries our lifetime workmanship warranty.
